Avadi Tntj Bangu by small boy

When reading the title it doesn’t impressed me alot. Because i have seen lot of underaged (below 10) boys reciting quran and explaining its meaning.
But this time it was different video.
Yeah it was quite nice because a small guy is reciting Bangu. But take a closer look at this you can find some thing. I figured out he is wearing half trousure.
I am not sure about the conditions to be followed when reciting bangu.
I am not sure it is wrong or right. Kindly comment the reply. This video is not to create any problem between islamic friends. But i want to clarify some thing, so that some peoples may get clarifications.
